Return & FOMULA 100-Day Warranty Policy

FOMULA is committed to delivering durable, high-quality footwear. All FOMULA school shoes come with a 100-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

  • Structural failures such as sole detachment, stitching defects, or material faults.

If a defect occurs within 100 days, FOMULA will provide repair or replacement, subject to inspection.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, tears, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage from alterations, extreme heat, water exposure, or chemicals
  • Minor scuffs, scratches, or colour changes from daily use

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact FOMULA within 100 days of purchase
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
  3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue
  4. Submit to customercare@fomula.my

Claims will be reviewed within 5 working days.

Size Exchange Policy

We want you to get the right fit. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

If the Wrong Size Was Ordered by the Customer

✔ Size exchange is allowed (subject to stock availability).
✔ Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

✔ Original box is included.
✔ Exchange request must be made within 7 working days upon received.

All shipping costs (return & reshipment) will be borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted if:

  • Shoes are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return request is made within 7 working days of received.
  • Original box is included

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Wrong size sent by seller
  • Product received with defects

👉 For returns due to seller error (including wrong size sent), return shipping costs will be borne by us.


Final Decision

All claims are subject to inspection. FOMULA reserves the right to approve or reject claims in accordance with this policy.
